This article provides solutions for common log-in issues encountered on Traject Data APIs.
Our system is case-sensitive. Make sure to enter the email address exactly as it was entered when signing up.
For example, "hello@serpwow.com" is different from "Hello@Serpwow.com".
If you're confident you have the correct email address but still can't log in, you can reset your password with the steps below.
Head to the login page.
Select "Forgot?".
Click "Reset Password."
A verification code will be sent to your email address. Enter the code.
Pro Tip: Sometimes verification codes land in your spam folder, so be sure to check there! If you haven't received it, click "Resend" to receive an email code.
Enter your new password. You should now be able to log in successfully.
