This article will show how to upgrade or downgrade your subscription.
Log in to your account.
Please note: while the screenshots for these steps are demonstrated using a SerpWow account, they will be the same for all APIs under Traject Data.
Click on the Account drop-down on the left side menu. Select Plan & Payment.
Select “Change Plan”.
This menu will walk you through a few options. The next subscription tier will be recommended. You can also select"Looking to Downsize?" to downgrade or “More Upgrade Options” for more options to upgrade, if you need a larger plan.
Please note: When downgrading plans, all unused credits will be lost. There is no rebate for unused credits when downgrading plans. To avoid losing credits, please be sure to utilize all credits prior to downgrading.
When upgrading plans, any unused credits will be used as a rebate towards your new subscription.
